Mariana Feyt is a 25-year-old poet, medievalist, and, most importantly, a frustrated Brazilian that is most at ease writing in English. With a bachelor's degree in English and halfway through her master's in English Literature, she has claimed the language as her own. Like her, her pieces are small but poignant, the foreign language flowing through the sift of her mother tongue.
